Our policy during the Coronavirus (Covid-19) health crisis

Remote support

For now the shop is closed.

In order to protect our customers and ourselves during this difficult period we decided that for the near future, until this crisis is over, to offer our clients in need of our services the option to help them remotely.

How it works: If you don't already have it installed on your computer, you will have to download and install TeamViewer. It's a software that will allow us to connect remotely to your computer.

After you install the software you will see something similar to the image bellow:

We will need the your computer ID and the password.

That will allow us to connect remotely to your computer and work on it.

After we are done we will disconnect and you can choose to uninstall the software. If you decide to keep it be assured that nobody will be able to connect to your computer without the ID and the password. The ID of your computer is the same but the password will change everytime that you start the program.

Onsite support

In cases of emergencies we will be able to offer onsite services but only in Chicago North Side and the north suburbs of Chicago: Skokie, Morton Grove, Niles, Park Ridge, Glenview, Northbrook and Des Plaines.

Our onsite prices are not going up, we are still charging the same $120 flat fee.
